Covid 19 Policy

The following precautions have been added for the safety of all clients and staff. Masks are optional inside of Society Beauty . Sanitation for hands is provided upon entry. If you are experiencing any Covid or Flu Like symptoms please contact your service provider to reschedule your appointment , please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies prior to booking.

Guest Policy

Due to Salon Capacity at this time no additional guests aside from those receiving a service are permitted , including children . We understand circumstances arise , please contact your service provider prior to your appointment if you have to bring an additional guest.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

We require 24 hr. notice for signature service appointments and 48 hours for color and extension services. There is a 100% service charge of the remaining balance to card on file for any no shows. Cancellations within less than 24 hrs. of scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of service. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of service . We understand circumstances arise and will handle this on a case by case basis. In the event of inclement weather or disaster , deposits remain nonrefundable and go toward rescheduled appointments in this instance. All no shows will be suspended from booking any future services . 

Booking Requirements

Valid credit card information is required to book an appointment. A card is required to be on file when booking an appointment. If you fail to cancel within 24 hrs. of your appointment you will be charged accordingly. No shows will be charged the full balance of service and forfeit future appointments at Society Beauty. A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to any canceled appointments scheduled for longer than 3 weeks , the deposit will be forfeit and an additional $25 cancellation fee will be charged. A late fee of $15 will be charged for every 15 min client is behind scheduled appointment time. After client is late more than 30 minutes you are charged cancellation fee and reserve the right to reschedule

Payment/Payment Info

Society Beauty Lounge accepts cash and credit/debit as forms of payment. All information is safe and your financial information is never shared. All sales are final. Any overdraft fees are not the responsibility of this business .

Pre/Post Service

Society Beauty Lounge reserves all rights to refuse services. Once you leave your scheduled appointment you are acknowledging that the service was completed and your expectations were met. You are provided at home care instructions by your service professional, for best results follow all recommendations, product suggestions, and treatment plans provided for you.
